Directions: 
— Apply your hair treatment on freshly washed hair and cover with plastic cap. 
- Microwave heat cap for 60-90 seconds. (For optimal heat distribution — flip cap every 30s & massage after removing from microwave. First time users: microwave cap in 30s increments until warm, to determines a safe microwave time.)
- Wear heated cap for a minimum of 20mins and enjoy!
